Class Schedule

AM
The morning class is youth-friendly PG13. Classes consist of toning, a little stretching, and a lot of dancing infused with Jazz, Hip Hop, Latin... some of this or that with a lot of fun wherever the music moves us.
PM
The evening classes are rated R and could get risky for anyone under 18.
Both classes focus on the feminine movement.
The level 1 class is a great place to build a solid foundation in technique.
The level 2 class focus on Styling and Cherography.
